Day 1
Johannesburg - International Airport arrival and transfer to Pretoria
accommodation for overnight stay.
Day 2
After coffee and rusks there will be an early departure to Molopo
Lodge camping site near Upington where we will overnight.
Brunch en route and dinner at Lodge.
Day 3
Breakfast at campsite and departure to Tweerivieren border
where we enter Botswana and the Kgalagadi Trans Frontier
Park. Overnight at Mata Mata Campsite. Game viewing for
the day. Lunch en route and dinner at the campsite.
Day 4
After coffee and rusks we depart to Nossob and Unions
End for a full day of game viewing. The chances of spotting
lion, leopard and cheetah are excellent in this wilderness
area of the park. Overnight camping at the beautiful Nossop
Camp where jackals are your guests come dinner time! Nossop
Camp also have a night "lookout point" at the waterside.
Brunch en route and dinner at the campsite.

Day 5
Early departure after coffee & rusks for Mabuasehube Gate
where we will overnight. Full day game viewing with brunch en route
and dinner at the campsite.
Day 6
After breakfast we depart to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve
which is an approximately 7 hour drive, most of which are tarred
roads and is known as the Trans Kalahari Highway. We overnight
at Bokamoso Lodge camping site. Packed lunch and dinner at the campsite.
The Central Kalahari Game Reserve is the largest Game Reserve
in Botswana covering 52 800 square kilometres of wilderness. You
will also find some of the most isolated places here, some of the
roads you will be the first traveller in months! Large quantities
of game gather at Deception Valley in the rainy season with an abundance
of predators such as lion, cheetah, brown hienna, jackal and bat
eared foxes. Bird life in this region is astounding.
Day 7
After breakfast we depart to the entrance at the Central
Kalahari Game Reserve at Matswere Gate. Lunch en
route and game viewing for the rest of the day. Dinner and
overnight at Deception Valley Camp.
Day 8
After coffee and rusks we depart for early morning game drive
and breakfast & lunch en route. Full day game viewing
and driving on difficult roads to Xaxa waterhole which
is situated in the middle of the Kalahari. Dinner and
overnight here.
Day 9
After breakfast we depart to Mahuakalobe Pan in the Khutse
Game Reserve on some of the most treatcherous and sandy
roads to be found in Botswana. Full day of game viewing and
lunch en route.
Apart from huge herds of Gemsbuck and Hartebeest, you will
find an abundance of Springbuck, Ostriches, Eland and Impala
and many other species are a common sight. The black maned
Kalahari Lion, Brown hyena and bat eared Fox are found here.
You will be able to watch game from the campsite, as it is
situated on the edge of the pan.
Dinner and overnight at campsite.

Day 10
After coffee and rusks we depart for early morning game viewing,
through the Khutse Game Reserve en route to the Khutse gate,
exiting the Caprivi Kalahari Game Reserve. We arrive at Gabarone,
capital city of Botswana late afternoon for a most welcome warm
bath or shower and the luxury of a good night's rest. Breakfast
and lunch en route and dinner & overnight stay at the Lodge.
Day 11
Breakfast and transfer to Johannesburg International Airport.
